Hello Dreamers! Back to school can be an exciting and anxious time for an entire household. Multiple supply runs, coordinating outfits for the week, and anticipating your class schedule. Speaking positivity into your day through affirmations are a perfect way to start your mornings off right!
An affirmation is a positive statement that you can declare over yourself or others. For example:
“I am amazing”
“I am talented”
“I am beautiful”
As a parent/guardian, you can support your Dreamer by stating:
“You are amazing”
“You are talented”
“You are beautiful”
Affirmations can serve as emotional support and become apart of your daily/weekly routine. As a mother of two, our family incorporates affirmations within the bedtime routine to foster positive thoughts around confidence.
